- 375 g White/Red Velvet Cupcake
- 95g melted butter
- 30ml milk 100g chocolate chips Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Beat in butter, egg and milk with high speed.
- Switch the mixer to medium speed and beat in White/Red Velvet Cupcake mix.
- Switch to low speed and add chocolate chips.
- Scoop 1.5 tbsp (40g) of dough and mold it into a ball.
- Press down to slightly flatten and form crinkles.
- Bake for 7-9 minutes, the texture will be soft.
- Let it cool down in the tray before transfer it into wire rack.
- Sprinkle with icing mix (optional)
