Mexican Style All-Spice Burritos Mexican Style All-Spice Burritos Serves: 10

Ingredients:
El Tora Mexican All-Spice Burrito Kit
2 Tbspn The Olive Tree extra virgin olive oil
500g Lamb, beef or chicken
200g New Season Corn kernels
1 Red onion (110g)
1 Bunch of coriander leaves (50g)
1 Lime (40g)
1 Cucumber (120g)
AS EASY AS 1,2,3 OLE!
- Dice up meat and cover in seasoning mixture. Heat oil in fry pan. Once oil is hot, carefully place the coated meat in the oil, turning and cooking until browned and cooked through.
- Warm the burrito wraps as per the heating instructions.
- Spoon the meat filling onto each burrito wrap. Top with corn kernels, chopped red onion and a squeeze of lime. Pour the tomato relish over the burrito filling. Fold the burrito but firstly folding the bottom over the filling then fold in the sides.
