- This pillow is made with a unique core of infused gel memory foam pieces, encased with a polyester microfibre, that allows the fill to easily mould and conform to your head and neck
- The pillow is also fully adjustable, with a zipper which allows you to adjust the filling to meet your own comfort level
- Also includes a quilted removable pillow protector which is HealthGuard(R) treated to control dust mites, bacteria, fungi, mould and mildew

- Place your pillow on a hard flat surface, unzip the outer cover to access the inner caseStep 2

- The inner case comes with a zipper for easy removal of the memory foam fillStep 3

- Remove the fill for your desired loft
- Move the foam around so it is even throughout the pillow
- We suggest you save the additional memory foam in a storage bag for later useStep 4

- Test the pillow and make sure it is providing you with the required support you need
