The palate displays obvious aged wood complexing flavours with raisins and toffee notes.The wine has spent a minimum of 10 years in small oak casks. These years spent maturing, combined with six generations of fortified winemaking experience ensures that the wine is consistent in its style and quality every year. The wine is blended and matured ready for immediate enjoyment.
