Ingredients:

Blinis:

- ¾ Cup White Mill Plain Flour
- 1 tsp. Whitemill Bi-carb soda
- 1 egg
- ¾ Cup Milk
- 50g Beautifully Butterfully, melted

Toppings

- 100g Westacre Manhattan Infused Cream Cheese spreadable cream cheese
- 50g Red Lumpfish Caviar
- 5 chives. finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp Black Sea Salt Flakes

Method:

- Mix all the dry blini ingredients in a bowl before adding egg, milk and
butter. Stir to combine. Preheat a large nonstick frying pan over
medium heat and spray lightly with oil. For each blini spoon 1
tablespoon of the mixture into the pan ensuring the sides of each blini
are not touching and cook for 1 minute each side or until lightly
browned. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
- Once cooled top each blini with a spread of cream cheese, ½ tsp Caviar
and some finely chopped chives. Sprinkle with a little black sea salt
flakes just before serving.
