Orange & Poppyseed Muffin Mix

You will need
400g Chocolate Muffin Mix
125g Butter
150g Chocolate buttons
3 Eggs - medium size
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 175°C (160°C fan forced).
2. Grease and line a 20cm round cake tin.
3. In a microwave melt butter and chocolate buttons for 90 seconds on high
and then mix.
4. In a large mixing bowl combine melted chocolate and eggs, adding one at
a time and stirring constantly.
5. Add chocolate muffin mix and continue to stir to a smooth consistency.
6. Pour mixture into cake tin and bake for 50 - 60 minutes,
7. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before turning out on a wire rack to cool.
Note: microwave time should be used as a guide only
Ganache icing Recipe.
Ingredients
2/3 Cup of Water or any milk substitute. Eg: Rice or Almond Milk
375g of Dairy free cooking Chocolate
Method
1. In a small saucepan boil 2/3 water or milk substitute then turn off the
heat, its important make sure that the liquid is boiling before adding the
chocolate.
2. Stir through 375g of Dairy Free cooking chocolate until it is well mixed
and melted.
3. Allow to cool and then spread over the cake with a spatula or broad
knife.
