Condensed Milk 397g - Caramel or Chocolate

- Ideal filling for cheesecakes, slices and puddings
- Use straight from the can

- Equipment: Electric Mixer
- Serves: 10
- 10 min prep, set over night

- Ingredients:
- 300g Choceur White Cooking Chocolate
- 3 eggs
- ¼ Cup Merryfield Caster Sugar
- 1 397g Farmdale Can Caramel filling
- 10-12 egg sized hollow Dairy Fine Chocolate Easter Eggs

- Method:
- Place white chocolate into a bowl and heat for 1 minute at first then 30
second intervals after that until melted and smooth.
- Set aside. Add eggs and sugar in a large bowl and beat for 5 minutes.
- Pour in melted chocolate and beat very briefly, just until the chocolate
has combined.
- Cut the tops of Easter eggs before filling with the chocolate mixture.
- Place in fridge to set overnight.
- Before serving drop a small spoon of the caramel filling into the center
of each egg.
