Thank goodness I did. All the componants were there including the two spare bolts, nuts and washers. The simplest way to assemble the barrow is to start with base frame and then work from the handle end forward finishing with the wheel. Don't tighten any of the bolts until assembly is complete, just push the bolts through and spin the nut on to hold everything in place. It took me about 50 mins and I am left with a sturdy, good looking wheelbarrow. A good feature is that it is not too wide and the sides are almost parallel which will make it easy to get through the narrow parts of my garden. Decided to go ahead and build anyway as I needed to use it immediately and didn't want to have to box it all up again and take a trip back to the store. Can't see that it will cause that much of an issue but disappointing that this always seems to happen with these cheaper purchases. Other than that the product looks good... I had no option but to return the wheelbarrow and got a no quibble refund. I assume this was a faulty batch from the manufacturer and certainly not any fault of Aldi.
