Tent in general seems of a good quality. Pitching seems a little odd, but works. However one of the poles split / cracked when first pitching. Plenty of care was being taken and have pitched many a similar tent.
Currently deciding if the pole should be repaired or the tent simply returned - not a great experience out of the bag, doesn't fill with confidence for standing up to typical British weather!

bought at local store after reading reviews online. As a seasond Scout Leader with plenty of hours spent pitching tents i see myself as somone with a great understanding of tents. Having pitched in back garden i wasnt impressed by the way it came out the manufacturers. The stitching in certain areas is actually fraying away and 1 of the elastic tabs to hook the inner up is actually apart so cant be used and another is very close to following it as its been held by 1 single stitch. I will be swiftly returning this product to the store!

Good size
Picked up from local store this morning, checked contents - nice touch that some spare poles, ferrules & pegs were included.
First 'up' in the back garden, with a little help from my wife, easily put up (quite possibly could be a 'one person' job). Well put together (wife used to work in the tent manufacturing industry, so knows what to look for). Plenty of guy lines, so should be able to withstand a stiff wind, although time will tell. First 'serious' outing will be in a weeks time when we go away for the weekend in it.
Nice touches in the tent are the sewn-in groundsheet in the porch area (not too sure how this would affect on a 'breathable groundsheet only' site though) the sleeping compartment has an organiser just outside, not too sure what the 2 zips were for at the front edges of the sleeping compartment (until I remembered some folks have 'EHU', so could feed power flex through?) also one at the rear - none of these are mentioned in the manual, which is very basic.
All in all, a good sized family tent.
