Does what is made for
Bought both of these designs from Aldi before (a must have in the kitchen), I am buying more on Thursday. They crisp things up better ( pies, chips, pizza, ect), For myself I turn the chips half way through cooking, browns the bottom very nice indeed. make sure you give them a good was and DO not leave wet!
