Delicious taste!
Tried the Thermidor version - you need a really big knife to split the tails in half lengthways, then I used a screwed up bit of foil to stop them falling over on the grill pan so the butter stayed on top. Quick to cook and absolutely delicious. More a very large prawn than a lobster, but super for a special treat.

Absolutely delicious
Thought l would give these a try and can highly recommend them, they are delicious. Best lobster tails l have had in the UK.
