USE & CARE Before rst use, wash then wipe the coating with cooking oil. For e ciency, stability and to avoid burning the handle or the coating: centre your pan on a hob adapted to the diameter of its base (a trivet may be required). Do not overheat your cookware. For products with stainless steel handles and loop handles: . they may become hot after a prolonged use, . for added safety, we recommend the use of oven gloves.
Use in the oven: Oven safe up to 175°C (350°F/Gas mark 4) for a maximum of one hour. Not microwave safe. Do not use whisks or sharp utensils in your pan.
To extend the life of your product, we recommend hand washing. Dishwasher use: it is preferable to use gentle detergents such as a liquid, gel, or powder, not tablets nor sachets.
