Editor's Take

So here's the thing about Erin Lee Creative-it's one of those crafting companies that actually gets what paper crafters want. They specialize in crafting and stamping supplies for the creative at heart, but what sets them apart is their designs that are trendy, fun and bright.

The company started with a pretty relatable story. Back in 2018 on a summer vacation, Erin and her husband were having deep conversations about career goals, and she told him she really wanted to finally launch a stamp company-he was fully supportive and even offered to help run the business. That's the kind of partnership that makes small businesses work.

Erin wanted to bring an edginess to the stamp world, something different, and her style in card making usually tends to be bold and bright, which her designs reflect. And honestly? You can see it in their product lineup. They offer cardstock, cardmaking stamps, dies and stencils-basically everything you need for serious paper crafting projects.

What's refreshing is their approach to customer service. Erin prides herself on customer service and helping other paper crafters get the stamps they need quickly-it's pretty important to her. That shows up in practical ways too, like their inventory notification system where if a product is out of stock, you can click "notify me when back in stock" and get an email as soon as inventory is added.

The business model is pretty smart-they're not trying to be everything to everyone. Instead, they focus on that specific niche of crafters who want bold and bright designs rather than the typical pastel, cutesy stuff you see everywhere else. Moving from Dallas back to Kansas in May 2018 probably helped with overhead costs too, which lets them focus on product quality rather than just surviving expensive rent.

Their shipping approach is straightforward-shipping is determined by weight, and packages over 14 ounces go USPS Priority, usually in padded flat rate envelopes. Nothing fancy, but it works. They're also realistic about international shipping, noting that international shipping times are greatly increased due to limited flights and limited mail.
