What is the return window?
Eyedictive allows customers to submit a return request within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Frames must be returned in their unused condition, along with all accessories and original packaging. They do not offer exchanges/credit for different models.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except for returns of orders that arrived damaged or defective.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
For items that are damaged or defective you will be offered a choice of a refund or replacement, provided that the item is in stock. In the case of damaged or defective items, Eyedictive provides the option for either a refund or a replacement product, provided it's in stock.
How will I receive my refund?
Once Eyedictive receives your return, they will process the refund within 4 to 6 business days and credit it to the original form of payment. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
