Returns
What is the return window?
FlexiMounts provides a 60-day, risk-free return policy. The 60-day risk-free policy is only for orders within the continental United States.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
You need to send an email with your return request along with your order number included and let them know the reason for your return. They will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
All items must be returned in their original factory packaging and in "LIKE NEW" condition. Items returned in other than "LIKE NEW" condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
How will I receive my refund?
The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The total cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund for returns, and shipping costs for returned merchandise will be deducted from your refund.
