Returns
What is the return window?
Fossil accepts returns of unworn merchandise up to 30 days from purchase for a full refund. The items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, instructions, warranty booklets, certificates, and accessories intact.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
If you have your receipt, the company will refund you to your original payment method. Without the receipt, you will get store credit that you can spend on Fossil merchandise.
Can I return online purchases in-store?
Yes, you can return online orders to any official Fossil Retail or Outlet store in the US, except PayPal orders. For in-store returns, you'll be refunded in cash or given in-store purchase credit immediately.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Once your return reaches Fossil's returns facility, allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed, and it may take another 3-5 business days to appear on your account depending on your bank.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you can return it with a free return label provided on Fossil's website. If you received the wrong or damaged engraved/embossed item, contact the customer service team with your order number, the items you purchased, and the items you received.
