What is your return policy?
Framebridge's top priority is to ensure that you're pleased with the quality of their work and the style of your framed piece. If for any reason you're not satisfied with the final framed product you receive, they're here to make it right. With their 100% Happiness Guarantee, if you're not 100% happy with your order for any reason let them know and they'll make it right.
How do I start a return online?
You can begin the return process by submitting their return form. You'll want to make sure to include your order number (it begins with an "R") and a photo or two of the piece so they can understand the issue. In the description field, please describe the issues with your order.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
They do their best to provide you with a perfect piece each and every time - but if for any reason you feel they didn't quite hit the mark, they'll set up a return or exchange for you. For Digital Upload orders, they can replace your item without you even having to return it to them.
Who pays for return shipping?
In the return packaging type field, you can indicate whether you would like an electronic return label or a return packaging kit for your return. Upon receipt of your request, their Customer Experience Champions will review your return and email you a return label or confirm the shipment of additional return packaging within 24 hours.
How will I receive my refund?
If you truly need to cancel, just reach out to their team at [email protected] and they'll help you cancel and refund your order.

So here's the thing about Framebridge-it basically took one of the most annoying errands in existence and turned it into something you'd actually want to do. Which, honestly, is kind of remarkable when you think about it.
Founded in 2014 by Susan Tynan, the whole company started because she got fed up spending ridiculous amounts of money (we're talking over $1,500) to frame four posters from a national parks trip. And look, we've all been there-you buy this beautiful print or poster, get it home, and then it just sits in a corner for months because the thought of dealing with a frame shop makes you want to take a nap. The hassle, the confusion about matting options, the sticker shock when they finally give you a quote. It's exhausting.
But Framebridge flipped that entire experience. They make online custom picture framing ridiculously easy, fast, and affordable, with custom framing options starting at only $50. You can upload a photo from your phone, mail in physical art using their free prepaid packaging, or just walk into one of their stores. The company allows customers to upload photography or mail in art to be framed, and beginning in 2019, began operating physical locations. They've got locations scattered across the East Coast and into Texas now-places like DC, New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Boston.
What's cool is they actually own the whole process. The company is headquartered in Washington, DC and operates a manufacturing facility in Richmond, Kentucky. Everything's handcrafted in-house by actual framers who know what they're doing. And they're not messing around with quality-solid wood moldings, acid-free materials, the works.
The pricing thing is huge, too. Unlike traditional frame shops where you basically have to brace yourself for whatever number they throw at you, Framebridge lists everything on their website upfront. No surprises, no hidden fees. You know exactly what you're paying before you commit to anything.
The retail stores are pretty smart, too. You can see all the frame options in person, work with a designer who'll actually help you figure out what looks good (not just what's most expensive), and either have your finished piece shipped home or pick it up at the store. Walk-ins are totally fine-no appointment needed.
Notice how they've basically made framing accessible to a whole generation that might've otherwise just... not framed things? That's the real win here. Whether it's Instagram photos, kids' artwork, concert posters, or even three-dimensional stuff like baby shoes or jerseys, they'll frame it. The turnaround's fast, the quality's solid, and you don't need to take out a small loan to make it happen.
