What is the return window?
You may return any item that is in the original condition that it was received from Fruit.com - unused, unwashed, and accompanied by original packaging, including tags. You may return items purchased from Fruit.com within 30 days of the original order date.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Only items purchased from Fruit.com are accepted for returns. If the items were purchased elsewhere, please contact that retailer to complete your return.

How will I receive my refund?
You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid, and shipping. If you return any part of an order that was part of a promotion, your refund may be reduced. Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the returns credit to show up on your credit card statement.

Who pays for return shipping?
Fruit of the Loom offers free returns when you use the prepaid return shipping label that you print from Fruit.com.

How do I start a return online?
You can log into your Fruit.com account and initiate a return from the My Account page. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the steps to print the prepaid return shipping label. Repackage the returned items in either the original shipping bag or packaging of your choice, and apply the shipping label. Drop it in your mailbox or take it to the nearest USPS or FedEx location.
