Returns
What is the return window?
All unused, unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise may be returned within 60 days from receipt. Returns received after 60 days will not be accepted.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Returns for items shipped directly from third-party brands, heavy items, and items purchased through websites like Amazon or Walmart cannot be processed through Happy Returns.
How will I receive my refund?
Your return is free when you select a refund in the form of a non-expiring e-gift card. The e-gift card will be in the dollar amount of your returned item(s). You can also choose to receive a refund back to your original payment method; however, charges may apply.
Can I return online purchases in-store?
You can return items in-person for fast returns and refunds. The company partners with Happy Returns to offer safe, contactless, and sustainable returns. With over 9,000 drop-off locations nationwide, US-based customers can return all unused, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 60 days of the ship date.
Who pays for return shipping?
Refunds credited back to your original method of payment minus a $10.99 fee, if applicable, usually take approximately 3 weeks to process. A $10.99 fee will be deducted from your refund when you choose your refund to be returned to original method of payment.
