Weekend Color Combinations For You! | | | This weekend, try a new color combination and create a bright and cheerful card! I decided to create a card using The Good Life card kit. I used Red Hot and Sweet Mango to ink blend color over these flowers, and I used Jelly Bean Green and Fresh Asparagus for the leaves. I added a hint of soft stone in the background as a grounding layer using the Harvest Flourish stencil. And I used Coral Reef card stock for my card base. This color combination will brighten your day, and I encourage you to give it a try! | | Whimiscal Colors - Red, White and Blue! | | | For special holidays, it's fun to use whimsical color combinations like these! I made a 4th of July card and with the new Wishful Flowers from The Good Life card kit. I used Red Hot and Blue Denim to ink blend color into the flowers. Then, I used Jelly Bean Green and Fresh Asparagus for the leaves, and I stenciled the Star Struck stencil using Soft Stone. The circle greeting is from the Ocean Silhouettes stamp set, and I used Master Layouts 4 to cut the circles.
