What is the return window?
Contact the customer service department within fourteen (14) days of delivery to receive a full refund upon the product's return, as long as the requirements are met. If within thirty (30) days of receiving your order, you would like to exchange an item and the requirements for returns are met, you can contact their team.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
While a receipt isn't explicitly mentioned as required, all requirements must be met in order to be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange-the product must be in like-new condition, all product accessories must be included in the return, and the product must be returned in original packaging.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Even if you have opened the item, you are able to return it for a refund or exchange, as long as the product is returned in like-new condition, with the original packaging and with all the included accessories.
How will I receive my refund?
They will process your refund after they have received your returned package at their warehouse, and you should allow 1-2 business days after your return has been delivered for a refund notification email, with the amount reflected on your bank statement within 3-5 business days.
Who pays for return shipping?
There are no return shipping fees for US customers. However, for international customers, you will be responsible for paying fees to return the merchandise, and if you received anything eligible for free international shipping, there will be a restocking charge equal to 35% of the purchase price.
Editor's Take
So here's the thing about Glamcor-it's not just another lighting company trying to sell you overpriced lamps. They've basically set the standard for professional LED lighting in beauty, wellness, and content creation, and when you dig into what they're actually doing, it kind of makes sense why makeup artists and estheticians are obsessed with them.
Founded by Erik A. Kaiser back in 2010, the whole concept started because there literally wasn't standardized, high-quality portable lighting anywhere on the market. And that's the key word here-portable. Because what good is professional lighting if you can't take it with you to a client's house or a film set or wherever you need to work?
What's interesting is that Glamcor actually owns and operates their own manufacturing facility in Shenzhen, China, which means they control their entire supply chain. That's pretty rare these days. Most companies just slap their logo on someone else's product, but Glamcor's doing the whole thing themselves-designing, manufacturing, the works.
Their product lineup is basically everything from portable LED lights to lighted mirrors, and they've got this sister brand called RIKI LOVES RIKI that's more consumer-focused. But the professional stuff? That's where they shine (pun intended). Their products deliver true-to-tone clarity that transforms how professionals work, whether it's lighting for estheticians, makeup artists, or creators filming their next viral video.
And get this-people in 85 countries use GLAMCOR products. We're talking makeup artists, TV producers, performers, even tattoo artists. The range is wild. Their lights have adjustable color temperatures, Bluetooth selfie functions, and all this cutting-edge tech that makes them perfect for both beauty applications and content creation.
The company's based in New York but ships globally, and they're pretty serious about customer service-they claim their customer support team is available 24/7. Whether that's actually true or just marketing speak, I can't say for sure, but at least they're putting it out there.
Notice how they've positioned themselves at this intersection of professional beauty and digital content creation? That's smart. Because nowadays, every makeup artist is also a content creator, every esthetician needs good lighting for their Instagram, and everyone's doing Zoom calls that require decent lighting. Glamcor's basically riding that wave perfectly.
Their most popular products seem to be things like the MULTIMEDIA X (which is designed specifically for content creators and has a universal phone clip), the ELITE X (a favorite among lash technicians), and various portable lighting kits that come with stands, bags, and all the accessories you'd actually need. Not just the light and then you're on your own-they've thought through the whole setup.
One thing that stands out is how they've managed to become the go-to brand for major beauty companies. We're talking L'Oreal, MAC, Bobbi Brown-the big names trust their lighting. That's not nothing. When you're doing professional makeup for a photoshoot or a runway show, the lighting can make or break the whole thing.
The price point isn't cheap-you're looking at anywhere from around $150 to $475 for their various kits-but for professionals, that's kind of the cost of doing business. And honestly, if you're a mobile makeup artist or lash tech, having your own professional lighting setup probably pays for itself pretty quickly in terms of the quality of work you can deliver.
