What is the return window?
DICK'S Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy and Field & Stream offer a 90-day return policy on most products. This generous timeframe gives customers plenty of time to test their purchases and ensure satisfaction.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
Items you purchase in-store can be returned at any open DICK'S Sporting Goods location. Just bring your valid proof of purchase (original sales receipt), as well as the credit card or gift card used to purchase.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Custom golf clubs are unique and, therefore, subject to different return policies. They are typically non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or customization error. Additionally, bikes typically cannot be returned except during a 24-hour size/color verification period.
How will I receive my refund?
If you paid for your order with a gift card or e-gift card, the return will be refunded back to the original gift card or e-gift card you used. If you no longer have this gift card or e-gift card, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-877-846-9997. We will send you a new gift card in the amount of your refund.
Can I return online purchases in-store?
Items you purchase in-store can be returned at any open DICK'S Sporting Goods location. Golf Galaxy accepts returns at their retail locations with proper proof of purchase, making it convenient for customers who prefer in-person returns.
