| | | “We’re sisters, and we’ve been building INAYA together for over two decades. What started as a shared dream has grown into a jewelry brand rooted in natural gemstones, craftsmanship, and meaning. For 16 years, we’ve proudly called Grand Central home, a place where millions of stories pass through every day. Operating our women-founded business inside such an iconic New York landmark feels symbolic: strong, vibrant, and full of possibility.
We’ve grown alongside this space, meeting extraordinary women who inspire us daily. International Women’s Day is a reminder of the importance of creating beauty, supporting other women, and building something lasting together.” — Inna & Anyuta |

| | “Having a store at Grand Central Terminal has been both an honor and an incredible learning experience as a business owner. The energy is unlike anywhere else: you’re part of the daily rhythm of New York, welcoming commuters, travelers, and international visitors all in one day.
It’s challenged me to refine our operations, elevate our merchandising, and train our team to deliver meaningful, memorable service in a fast-paced environment. At the same time, it’s been deeply rewarding to see our handcrafted, made in NYC jewelry resonate with such a diverse audience and to build lasting relationships in a place that represents movement, connection, and history.” — Meghan Patrice Riley |

| | | | "As a female-founded, owned, and operated small business, we’re constantly inspired by the fearless heroines from around the world who have pushed boundaries, followed their wanderlust, and changed the course of history. In fact, we even quote a few icons on our charms: Susan Sontag, Simone de Beauvoir, and Marilyn Monroe. A lifetime of embracing travel led me to create Jet Set Candy.
Our team of bold and creative women has helped turn the vision into a reality, and our travel-centric and destination-specific jewelry can now be found online as well as in major travel hubs across the globe. It should come as no surprise that this includes Grand Central Station, a paragon of travel and ingenuity right here in New York City." — Nicole Parker King |

| | | “Creativity has always been part of my story. I was raised by strong, artistic women — my grandmother and mother — who taught me that beauty, craftsmanship, and passion are powerful forces. While I chose to pursue business academically, earning my MBA and spending 15 years in the financial world, my heart was always drawn to design.
In 2011, I made the courageous decision to follow my true passion: jewelry design. What began as a creative calling became a brand rooted in artistry and authenticity. In 2012, I officially launched Fego Gioielli — a dream built from both business acumen and creative heritage.
A defining chapter of my journey has been my partnership with Grand Central Terminal. Being part of such an iconic New York landmark has been nothing short of extraordinary. Every day, I’ve had the privilege of meeting incredible women and men from the tri-state area and travelers from around the world. Their stories, celebrations, milestones, and personal journeys have become woven into the pieces I create.
Grand Central has not only provided a home for my brand — it has provided community, inspiration, and opportunity. Fego Gioielli has grown into a thriving business because of the vibrant energy and remarkable people who pass through those doors each day.
This Women’s Day, I celebrate the power of trusting your instincts, honoring your creative roots, and having the courage to pivot toward purpose. My journey is proof that when passion meets perseverance — and when women support women — beautiful things happen.” — Melissa Fego |
