Returns are eligible within 30 days of delivery. The company wants you to be 100% stoked about your Groove Life products.

Personalized items and Giveback rings are final sale and non-returnable. All membership purchases are considered final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Based on the returns page, you need to login to your Groove Life account and click the 'GET STARTED' button to initiate a return. Domestic exchanges are FREE with pre-paid return labels provided, while Canadian exchanges cost $10 shipping. The company does not refund shipping on original orders.
