Returns

What is the return window?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry, you are welcome to contact GTHIC within 60 days of delivery to request a return or exchange by emailing [email protected]. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Special offers and GTHIC gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned, and made to order products can NOT be returned or exchanged. Otherwise, 30% material fee would be charged. Items returned must be unopened or in good condition with the original packing, and they do not accept a returned item that has been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.

How will I receive my refund?
Once your package has arrived at their facility it will take a few days (in rare cases up to 14 days) for the warehouse staff to verify and account for everything you have sent, and as soon as they get confirmation, they will get in touch via email to confirm receipt and finalize the process. Usually they will proceed the refund on Friday because their financial department refunds uniformly on Friday.

Who pays for return shipping?
You will be responsible for the shipping fee (the return shipping fee and the resending shipping fee) for returns and exchanges, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

How do I start a return online?
Contact [email protected] first and tell them the details of your order in the email: your name, order number, and reason. If you are eligible to return an item, they will issue you a return address and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to clearly write on the label, and you must provide them with a tracking number via email.

Editor's Take

GTHIC is basically where passion, craftsmanship, and individuality meet in handmade jewelry and high-quality clothes-established in 2019 and headquartered in Hong Kong. But here's the thing that makes them different: they started because one of the founders, Kris, got tired of dropping serious cash on silver rings that needed constant babying.

So they had this lightbulb moment. Why not make jewelry from cheaper and more durable materials like stainless steel? And honestly, it's kind of genius when you think about it. They work directly with raw material suppliers and sell only online to avoid traditional markups, which means you're not paying for some fancy storefront on Fifth Avenue.

The aesthetic is... well, it's not for everyone, and that's exactly the point. Whether you're into fashion, rock, tattoos, goth, punk, biker style or religious or totemic culture, you'll find jewelry that resonates with your personality. We're talking skull rings, Viking designs, Gothic crosses, snake motifs-the whole dark and dramatic catalog. Their pieces are typically made of brass, gold, silver sterling, stainless steel, and dark gemstones, which are hypoallergenic metals.

Notice how they've carved out this specific niche? They're not trying to be Tiffany's. They present an array of unique rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and clothing for women and men. And the pricing strategy is pretty smart-most pieces come in under $30, with free shipping on orders over $59.99 and constant promotions like "Buy 2, Get 1 Free."

Customer reviews are actually pretty solid. People are particularly pleased with the quality and unique designs, highlighting the intricate details and overall aesthetic appeal, with many mentioning they wear their purchases daily without any issues. The customer service gets props too-consumers praise the responsiveness and helpfulness of representatives, reporting positive experiences with order modifications and quick resolutions.

The made-to-order stuff takes longer (20-30 working days for crafting), but that's because their products are handmade by professional artisans to ensure the highest quality and the most unique designs. And here's something you don't see everywhere: they're pretty transparent about their return policy-60 days to request a return or exchange if you're not satisfied, though made-to-order pieces can't be returned.

The brand has built a decent following too. Their Instagram has 192K followers, and they're active on TikTok where people are constantly posting reviews and haul videos. It's that kind of brand that inspires people to show off their purchases, which says something about the statement-making quality of the pieces.
