Returns
What is the return window?
Guess gladly accepts the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for up to 30 days after the shipment date for GUESS, GUESS kids, GUESS Factory and G by GUESS merchandise, and Marciano merchandise for up to 14 days after the shipment date.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers with tags attached, sanitary liners intact and accompanied by the packing slip or invoice. If you have lost your original invoice/delivery slip, you can reprint a copy by logging into your account and clicking Online History then View Invoice to download a printable PDF version.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Items marked "final sale" on the website, tag, or invoice are not refundable, and gift cards are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Pierced jewelry, undergarments, lingerie, fragrances, and lotions are not returnable.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds for merchandise returned within the eligible time period will be credited in the same form as the original payment method except for purchases made with a GUESS gift card, which will be credited to an electronic merchandise return card.
Who pays for return shipping?
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, and unfortunately, Guess cannot waive return shipping costs.
