The truth is, strength doesn’t come from one ‘killer’ workout... it comes from progressive overload.
That means giving your muscles just a little more challenge each week than they had before. And it’s easier than you think:
- Add one more rep.
- Stack an extra band.
- Slow each rep by a second.
Got 15 minutes before work? That’s enough.
Squeeze in a quick session after putting the kids to bed? Still progress.
Traveling with just your bands in a bag? You can keep building strength anywhere.

All the best,
Ben
