Returns
What is the return window?
All purchases (except swimwear, underwear, panties, and accessories, final sale, bundle sale, blind box) can be returned to the US Return Warehouse within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging and ensure that all articles in the package are intact.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Swimwear, underwear, panties, bags and accessories can only be returned if it is defective/damaged or the wrong item. You must email a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.
Who pays for return shipping?
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Generally, the original shipping charges for an order (if any) are non-refundable.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return is received, please allow 3 to 7 business days to process your returns. An email will be sent once the refund has been processed. The refund will be issued to your Hardaddy Wallet or the original payment account (or other refund methods) as per your request in 3 to 7 business days.
