Please have your QR code ready when you arrive for entry, either on your phone or printed in advance.
Your QR code will be scanned upon entry and exchanged for a daily wristband that corresponds with your ticket type. If you purchased a weekend pass, you will use the same QR code each day to receive your daily wristband.
Your wristband serves as your ticket for the remainder of the day and cannot be replaced, so please keep it on at all times.
If you purchased camping or parking, your ticket is alsodigital and will be scanned upon arrival at the toll lanes. Weekend parking QR codes will be scanned once daily upon arrival.
If you plan to camp or park but have not yet purchased parking, we encourage you to do so in advance to help avoid delays at entry. Parking and camping passes can be purchased on our website.
Cell service can be limited at the festival, so we recommend downloading your digital tickets in advance or adding them to your Apple Wallet before you arrive.
An onsite Box Office will be available to assist with any ticketing issues. Please note that you do not need to visit the Box Office to receive your wristband - wristbands will be issued at the festival entry lanes after your QR code is scanned.
