What is the return window?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items that are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. For luggage, their 100 Day Trial policy gives you time to make sure it's perfect for all the trips you're taking. While you're free to test out the size, features and feel of your luggage at home, the 100 Day Trial policy is void if your luggage has been used in transit, or anywhere outside your home.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Final-sale items are not eligible for return. Items marked as final sale are ineligible for return or exchange.
How will I receive my refund?
When approved, your refund is credited to the original form of payment, minus shipping charges, any qualified discounts applied to the order, and a flat $5 return-processing fee.
Who pays for return shipping?
Online returns are subject to a $5 flat return shipping rate. This charge will be deducted from your overall refund. Exchanges are always free.
How do I start a return online?

Editor's Take
You know that backpack you see everywhere? The one with the striped fabric liner and that vintage-looking logo? Yeah, that's probably a Herschel. And there's a reason it's become basically ubiquitous on college campuses, city streets, and Instagram feeds across the globe.
Founded in 2009 by brothers Lyndon and Jamie Cormack, Herschel Supply Co. did something kind of brilliant. They took the idea of a backpack-something we all need but rarely get excited about-and made it cool. Not in a flashy, look-at-me way, but in that effortlessly stylish way that makes you think, "Why didn't someone do this sooner?"
The name itself tells a story. Herschel Supply Company adopted its name from a small town in Saskatchewan, where three generations of their family grew up. As kids, Herschel was a place that had no boundaries and represented endless creative freedom. That sense of freedom and exploration? It's baked into everything they do.
But here's where it gets interesting. While most brands were dumping money into traditional advertising, Herschel basically said "nah" and went all-in on social media storytelling. Their #WellTravelled hashtag has been used more than 5M times to date. Five million. That's not just marketing-that's a movement. They figured out early that people don't want to be sold to; they want to be part of something.
Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, they're inspired by the oceans and mountains that surround their beautiful city, and you can see that Pacific Northwest aesthetic in everything from their color palettes to their design philosophy. It's functional without being boring, stylish without trying too hard.
The product range has expanded way beyond backpacks now. They're a design-driven manufacturer of the finest quality backpacks, bags, travel goods and accessories, including luggage, wallets, apparel, and even tech accessories. But bags remain their bread and butter, and honestly, they've perfected the formula. Quality materials, thoughtful details like laptop sleeves and water bottle pockets, and that signature striped liner that makes you feel like you're part of a club.
What really sets them apart is how they've managed to scale without losing their soul. They operate 44 retail locations worldwide, from Hong Kong to Dubai to Paris, and their products are in thousands of stores globally. Yet somehow, they still feel like that cool brand you discovered before everyone else-even though everyone else definitely has one too.
They've also nailed the collaboration game, partnering with everyone from Disney to Hello Kitty to, most recently, Heinz Ketchup (yes, really). These aren't just slapping logos on products-they're thoughtful partnerships that actually make sense and bring something fresh to the table.
They stand behind their products with a Limited Lifetime Warranty-their guarantee that every Herschel Supply item is free of material and manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser's lifetime. That's confidence in your product right there.
The brand has become synonymous with a certain type of modern traveler-someone who values design and function equally, who documents their journeys on Instagram, who wants gear that works as well in a coffee shop as it does on a hiking trail. They've tapped into that millennial and Gen Z desire for products that are both practical and aesthetically pleasing, that tell a story, that feel authentic.
And maybe that's the real genius of Herschel. In a world of fast fashion and disposable everything, they've built a brand around quality, longevity, and the idea that your bag is more than just a bag-it's your companion on all those journeys you're taking, big and small. Whether you're commuting to work, studying abroad, or just running errands, Herschel's there, quietly doing its job while looking good doing it.
