Returns
What is the return window?
We like to keep things simple here at Huel, so you can return any of our products for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
Customers must provide the email address they have purchased with, as well as the order number, in order to receive a refund.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Your items must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received them to be eligible for a refund. This guarantee does not apply to bulk purchases. Any order above $115 will be considered a bulk order and won't be eligible for the money-back guarantee.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process and be officially posted to your account.
Who pays for return shipping?
Please be aware if you wish to return an unopened product, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. We kindly request that you keep this in mind before initiating a return. For all eligible refunds, a $15 shipping and handling fee will be deducted.
