Returns
What is the return window?
HUM Nutrition accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for both opened and unopened products.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
You will need to include your original packing slip or include a note with your name and HUM account email address, and please be sure to include your order number with your return.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
HUM Nutrition cannot issue refunds or store credit past 30 days, and they do not refund shipping costs.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued for new, unopened products as a full refund, while opened products returned within 30 days will receive store credit.
