What is the return window?
US-based customers can return all unused, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 60 days of the ship date. This gives you plenty of time to try items on and decide if they work for you.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
All items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. This excludes final sale, clearance, menswear, home goods, Eloquii, Catherines Perfect Price Collection, June & Vie, select swimwear, select accessories, Jessica London leather, and select third party merchandise.
How will I receive my refund?
You can choose a free return in exchange for a non-expiring e-Gift Card for the full dollar amount of your returned item(s), redeemable at any FullBeauty brand including Intimates for All. If you choose a refund to your original method of payment, a $10.99 fee will be deducted from your refund if you select the Happy Returns Bar option or pre-paid shipping label return options.
Can I return online purchases in-store?
You can return items in-person for fast returns and refunds through their partnership with Happy Returns, which offers safe, contactless, and sustainable returns with over 9,000 drop-off locations nationwide.
Who pays for return shipping?
