Returns
What is the return window?
Italic accepts returns of products in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and original packaging intact) within 30 days of receiving the original purchase.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Cosmetics, swimwear, intimates, and candles are only returnable for Italic credit. Products on sale are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable - this includes products bought from the Member Archive, on Member Drops, and Private Sales.
How will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be processed to your original form of payment by default. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to reflect on your card on file. If you opt to get a full refund in the form of Italic credit, you will get a 10% bonus credit top-up.
Who pays for return shipping?
For members, we offer a free standard return for all returnable items stated in our return policy. For non-members, returns incur an $8 fee, but you can opt for Redo Coverage for only $1.98 per order, allowing free returns on all returnable items.
How do returns work for gift recipients?
Requests to refund merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt and will be issued as store credit only.
Editor's Take
Here's the thing about Italic-they're basically doing what we all secretly wish more companies would do. You know how you'll see a gorgeous cashmere sweater at some fancy boutique for $400, then find out it's made in the exact same factory as a $80 version? Well, Italic just cuts out the middleman entirely.
They work directly with the same manufacturers that make products for top luxury brands, but sell them without the logos and markup. It's like getting backstage access to the fashion industry's best-kept secret. Their whole philosophy is "luxury without labels"-quality should be defined by the product itself, not by a price tag or logo.
What's particularly clever is their membership model. They charge $100 per year for membership, which initially sounds like another subscription trap. But here's where it gets interesting-members get access to products at essentially wholesale prices. They claim prices are 50-80% lower than comparable branded items. So if you're someone who appreciates quality materials and craftsmanship but rolls your eyes at paying extra for a logo, this could be your sweet spot.
They've expanded way beyond their initial fashion focus into home goods, fitness gear, travel accessories, and even pet products. The selection ranges from Italian leather handbags to organic cotton bedding to kitchen essentials. And since they partner with more than 60 manufacturers worldwide, there's usually something new to discover.
The catch? You really do need to be comfortable with the membership model and the fact that you're essentially shopping a curated selection rather than browsing endless options. But for people who value quality over brand recognition, Italic offers something genuinely different in the retail landscape.
