Returns
What is the return window?
You may return merchandise within 30 days to any Jacadi participating locations upon presentation of the original receipt. Jacadi Club Members have up to 60 days for returns.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
Yes, you need to present the original receipt for returns. For online orders, you can bring your packing slip, electronic receipt, or email confirmation.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Items discounted at 50% of the original price or marked as "final sale" online cannot be returned or exchanged. Shoes must be returned in their original and undamaged shoe box.
How will I receive my refund?
Credit card purchases will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please allow 4 to 5 business days for the refund funds to reflect on your statement.
Can I return online purchases in-store?
You can exchange or return for a refund your online order in any of our Jacadi U.S. stores. Online orders can only be returned or exchanged in participating U.S. Jacadi locations, excluding Bloomingdale's, Gilt, RueLaLa, Maisonette, Arcadia CA, Costa Mesa CA, Scottsdale AZ and all stores outside the U.S.
