The theme of this month’s Cheese Club is raclette & fondue date night! We’ve included  and delicious accoutrements to blanket in our meltiest melting cheeses.

Having alpine dishes like raclette at home is simple: cut some slabs of Whitney or Alpha, toss it into a small non-stick, oven-safe pan, and broil until bubbly.

Then scoop over some onion crisps, pickles, and cured meat and dig in!

WHAT’S IN THE BOX?

Whitney and Alpha Tolman are both alpine-inspired cheeses. Informed by the likes of comté and raclette (yes, it is a cheese as well as a dish), these cheeses are elastic and have the right ratio of protein and fat to melt like a dream.

As a little touch on the side, we’re including a wedge of our Withersbrook Blue. This ice cider-steeped wedge of blue cheese is seasonal, releasing only in the spring and fall. We’re nearing the end of our fall release, so we wanted to make sure our cheese club members got one last taste before it goes into hibernation for a few months.
