2. Redemption Terms: TrueBlue members may redeem points, or points in combination with a monetary payment, for select TrueBlue Travel bookings. Bookings made with points, whether with or without a monetary payment, do not earn additional TrueBlue points and cannot be combined with promo or discount codes. The mix and number of points and cash required for any booking will vary based on factors such as total price, taxes, fees, and peak travel periods. Full payment, including the monetary portion, is due at the time of booking. Changes to existing bookings are not permitted; existing bookings must be canceled and rebooked, subject to availability and applicable rates, pricing changes, and rebooking at current rates at time of rebooking. Additional and separate terms and conditions apply to car rentals and hotel bookings. Bookings purchased entirely with cash may not be converted retroactively to points bookings. Cancellation of any booking, when permitted, will be eligible for a recredit of TrueBlue points, typically within 7 business days, and any monetary portion eligible for refund will be processed back to the original form of payment. Cancellations must be made through TrueBlue Travel's website or support team cancellations made directly with the rental or hotel provider may not be recognized. Customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred in making or during their bookings, including taxes, fees, optional services, and penalties, which may not be covered by points. 4. Free Alcoholic Drink: Not available on flights operating with express or no inflight service (flights under 340 miles) or where prohibited by law. Must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol.
5. JetBlue Vacations Bonus: Members selecting the JetBlue Vacations Bonus perk will earn this benefit on the 6 TrueBlue points per eligible dollar spent on airfare and 1 TrueBlue point per eligible dollar spent on hotels, car rentals, cruises, and transfers calculated based on the member's individual proportionate share, as determined by JetBlue, of a JetBlue Vacations package booking; members selecting this perk will not earn the bonus on any other individual travelers' portions of the booking. 6. Flight terms and restrictions: Advertised fares are based on recent pricing available at jetblue.com. Fares are subject to availability and may change any time. Lowest available fare (Blue Basic, otherwise Blue) only on sale. Fares include government taxes and fees. Limited exceptions apply. All fares are subject to limited availability; may not be available on all days or all flights; may change without notice; must be purchased at time of reservation; and are one-way (except as otherwise noted), nonrefundable, and nontransferable. $25 fee per person applies to fares purchased by phone or through chat. Taxes and fees apply to Award Flights, are the responsibility of the customer, and will vary based on your departure and destination cities.
