Returns
What is the return window?
Returns must be shipped back within 5 business days from receipt of Return Authorization Form. However, they also provide a 30-day return policy according to their company description.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Sale items are final sale and do not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges. All items must be returned in unused condition in the original packaging including polybags, ribbons, box inserts, etc. Any used, damaged, or altered items, or anything JOANNA BUCHANAN, LLC. considers questionable will not be accepted for return or exchange.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued for the cost of merchandise and any applicable sales tax, less restocking fee, only. Refunds will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase. Shipping, VAT, duty fees, etc. are not refundable.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive an item that is defective, please email us at [email protected] within two days from date of delivery with photos of the item. If we deem the item defective, we will replace it free of charge as soon as possible.
