Help make the magic happen in exchange for your festival pass. Joshua Tree Music Festival (May 14-17, 2026) is a community-centric, family friendly campout, people-powered gathering and you can be part of creating it.

Trade your time and energy for festival access while joining the crew that makes JTMF happen.

Positions Available:
→ Box Office - Ticket scanning, customer service & line management
→ Beer Garden & Bar - Serve drinks & keep the good vibes flowing
→ Javagogo - Coffee station support
→ Gates & Flowmasters - Greet Check -IN
→ Art Gallery - Support our visual artists & sell art in the gallery
→ Green Team - Keep the festival clean & sustainable
→ Kitchen Crew - Prep & serve meals for performers, crew & work exchangers
→ Merch Booth - Sell performer & festival merchandise
→ Prefest - Help with setup before the festival begins

How It Works:
• 16 hours = Festival Wristband
• 24 hours = Festival Wristband + Meals
• Green Team gets BOTH wristband + meals for just 16 hours
