Returns
What is the return window?
You can return items for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. Items purchased between November 1 and December 31 have an extended return window until January 31.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Bundled items at discounted rates (unless the entire bundle is returned) and items marked "Non-Returnable" on the sale page cannot be returned. Most items can be returned for a refund or replacement, but some products have restrictions.
