Returns

What is the return window?
JustFab accepts returns and exchanges within 60 days from the date of shipment for items that are in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Items purchased during special promotions or marked as final sale are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items purchased with JustFab credits can only be returned for store credit, not refunded to your credit card, as this policy is in place to maintain the benefits of the JustFab membership program.

How will I receive my refund?
Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment or store credit, depending on how the purchase was made. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account after the return is received at JustFab's warehouse.

Who pays for return shipping?
JustFab offers 3 easy return options: (1) return for JustFab membership or store credit for free; (2) exchange for another item for free; (3) return for a refund minus a $5.95 restocking fee. Return shipping and handling for non-contiguous US territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APOs, is $9.

How do I start a return online?
Start your return in My Account > Orders & Returns. Complete the return and print your return label. Pack your items with shipping label and drop off at indicated shipping provider (i.e. USPS for the US), your refund will be initiated when your items are received at our warehouse.

Editor's Take

So here's the thing about JustFab-it's basically the fashion world's answer to "what if Netflix, but for shoes?" And honestly? That's kind of genius, even if it's also a little controversial.

Founded back in 2010, JustFab jumped into the subscription e-commerce game before most people even knew that was a thing. The concept is pretty straightforward: you take a style quiz, they curate personalized selections of shoes, handbags, clothing, and accessories for you each month, and if you're a VIP member (which costs around $49.95 monthly), you get access to serious discounts and exclusive styles. Your membership fee converts to a credit you can use toward purchases. It's like having a personal shopper who knows your taste, except the shopper is an algorithm and lives in your phone.

But let's talk about what makes JustFab interesting beyond the business model. They've managed to carve out this space where fashion meets accessibility-we're talking shoes and apparel that look way more expensive than they actually are. The company operates in 12 markets globally, with over 5 million VIP members, and they've sold more than 72 million pairs of shoes. That's a lot of footwear. They're part of TechStyle Fashion Group now, which also includes ShoeDazzle, Fabletics, and FabKids, so they've got some serious infrastructure behind them.

The membership thing is where it gets a bit tricky, though. You've gotta remember to "skip the month" if you don't want to be charged, and honestly, a lot of people forget. There's been some heat around this over the years-customers feeling like they didn't fully understand what they were signing up for. But if you're the type who actually reads the fine print and sets calendar reminders, the value proposition is pretty solid. First-time VIPs can snag their first pair of shoes for as low as $10, with 50% off additional styles.

Quality-wise, you're getting what you pay for-which is to say, decent mid-tier fashion at budget-friendly prices. These aren't heirloom pieces you'll pass down to your grandkids, but they're perfect for keeping your wardrobe fresh without emptying your bank account. The styles trend current, the selection is massive (seriously, thousands of options), and they've expanded beyond just shoes into a full lifestyle brand.

One thing worth noting: their return policy is actually pretty generous. You get 60 days from shipment to return items in new, unused condition, and they've partnered with Happy Returns to make the process easier-no box or label needed for returns in the contiguous US. Just bring your stuff to a Return Bar with a QR code. That's legitimately convenient.

The company's also leaning hard into tech innovation, which makes sense given their roots. They use data analytics to predict trends and personalize recommendations, and they've built this whole ecosystem where you can shop multiple brands in one place. It's fast fashion meets subscription economy meets Silicon Valley efficiency.

Is JustFab perfect? Nah. But if you're someone who loves refreshing your shoe collection regularly, appreciates a good deal, and can stay on top of a subscription, it's worth checking out. Just set that reminder to skip the month.
