What is the return window?
Kin Euphorics only provides refunds that are submitted within fourteen (14) days following the date of your original order.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
All refund requests must be accompanied by written documentation outlining the reason for such refund request and photographic evidence of such damaged products.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Kin Euphorics does not accept returns, offer refunds, or provide a money-back guarantee. Kin Euphorics only refunds products ordered if they are damaged.
How will I receive my refund?
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within fourteen (14) days of email confirmation from Kin Euphorics.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If any products ordered by you shall be proved to Kin Euphorics satisfaction to be damaged, Kin Euphorics shall refund the price of the damaged products in full. If your order is damaged or packed incorrectly, please send an email to [email protected] with pictures of the damage and the barcode sticker, and they'll work with you to make this right.
