Returns
What is the return window?
US-based customers can return all unused, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 60 days of the ship date. All sales are final after 60 days.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
If you return a final sale item, you will not be refunded for the item or shipment and the item will be donated to a charity local to their Indianapolis, IN distribution center. A refund or exchange will not be processed for products that have been worn or washed that do not meet exchange or refund criteria.
How will I receive my refund?
You can choose a free return in exchange for a non-expiring e-Gift Card for the full dollar amount of your returned item(s), redeemable at any FullBeauty brand. A $10.99 fee will be deducted from your refund when you choose your refund to be returned to your original method of payment. It takes approximately 2-3 weeks to receive and process your return, with an additional 7 business days for the return credit to post to your account.
How do I start a return online?
King Size partners with Happy Returns to offer safe, contactless, and sustainable returns, with over 9,000 drop-off locations nationwide. Choose the Happy Returns "Return Bar" option to receive your QR code for a no-contact drop-off. You can also use the invoice and documentation provided with the original packaging by finding the packing slip and selecting the "Item" and "Reason for Return."
Who pays for return shipping?
Returns are free if you choose an e-Gift Card refund. If you select the "Purchasing your own shipping label" option, shipping is at customer's expense.
