What is the return window?
Lascana offers a 90-day return window from the date of purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return your item within 90 days and they will gladly exchange it or refund your merchandise price.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
To be accepted as returns, items must be in new condition with all labels and tags still attached. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned.
How will I receive my refund?
You can select LASCANA Wallet Credit as your refund method through Happy Returns. You can use that credit to purchase your new item or contact Customer Care by phone at 1-888-772-3160 for immediate assistance. Refunds are also available to the original payment method.
Who pays for return shipping?
Lascana charges $6.95 for return shipping when you generate a prepaid return label. This fee is deducted from your refund amount.
