Returns
What is the return window?
LiCi Fit accepts items returned within 14 days (including weekends) after delivery. Packages returned after 14 days are not eligible for a refund, but can receive store credit only. Packages returned after 21 days are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
You need your order number and email address to access the returns portal page, with the email address being case sensitive and typed in all lowercase. The portal will prompt you through questions and provide a return label to print, and any return sent back without a return label from the portal or support team will not be processed.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
All sale products cannot be refunded, only exchange or store credit (including sales used with promotional codes). Final sale items include Face Masks, Workout Booty Bands, Petal Tanks, all types of Sweaters and Sweat Pants, and the White Essentials Collection, which are not eligible for refund or exchange.
How will I receive my refund?
Once your return package has been received and approved, they will process your refund or store credit, and an email notification will be sent as soon as the return has been processed. Shipping is nonrefundable.
Who pays for return shipping?
Domestic customers receive a return label through the returns portal. LiCi Fit does not provide return shipping labels for international returns, and customers will need to purchase a shipping label from their local post office. Exchanges require a handling fee in the amount of $6.00.
