What is the return window?
Lifeboost offers a 30-day money back guarantee from the date you ordered your product(s). We must receive the return within 30 days from the date you originally purchased the item, for the refund to be valid.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
Return the unused portion of your product, the original invoice that came with your product (if you don't have that please indicate your name and email you order your product with so we can attempt to look it up) and your RMA#.
