Editor's Take

You know that feeling when you discover something that makes you wonder how you ever lived without it? That's basically Little Sleepies in a nutshell. This isn't just another pajama company-it's become something of a phenomenon in the parenting world, and honestly, once you understand what they're doing, it makes perfect sense.

The whole thing started when founder Maradith got frustrated after her second child, Gavin, because she couldn't find sleepwear that was cute, affordable, and gentle enough for his eczema-prone skin. So she decided to create her own, spending years obsessing over the perfect fabric and adding features she used to dream about as a new mom. And that obsession? It shows.

Little Sleepies specializes in bamboo viscose sleepwear for babies, toddlers, kids, and adults, using their proprietary Lunaluxe® and Soluxe® bamboo fabrics. But here's what sets them apart-the bamboo viscose material is incredibly soft, comfortable, and gentle on sensitive skin, with features like two-way zippers for quick diaper changes and designs without snaps or buttons. Parents rave about the functionality, but kids? They're obsessed with the prints.

They drop Limited Edition releases every week, featuring everything from Disney characters to trendy seasonal prints. Their most popular drops center around limited-edition collections featuring characters like Winnie the Pooh, The Little Mermaid, and The Lion King, with parents flooding the comments hoping to snag prints before they sell out. With a super-dedicated fan base, snagging a pair of Little Sleepies can feel like getting tickets to a Beyoncé concert-but trust us, it's worth the work.

The numbers tell the story too. Little Sleepies is one of the fastest growing companies in America, according to Inc. Magazine (#1 in retail)! As of June 2025, their annual revenue reached $15M. In the past year, they've been one of the fastest growing brands in the Shop app, acquiring more than 10,000 new customers through Shop Cash offers.

What really gets me is the community aspect. They hit 400k members in their Facebook VIP Group, and when it comes to engaging a community of parents on Facebook, Little Sleepies has mastered the art, with an engagement rate by page fan of 0.2%-nearly five times higher than the median rate for the retail sector.

But beyond the hype, there's substance. The fabrics are eczema-friendly, sensory-friendly (there are no tags) and some of their play clothes even contain UPF 25 coverage. Giving back remains one of their core values since their founding in 2018, and they're proud to donate a portion of all proceeds to Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, a leader in pediatric cancer research.

Honestly? I think what makes Little Sleepies work is that they've figured out how to balance the practical stuff parents need with the fun stuff kids want. And in a world where getting your toddler dressed can feel like negotiating with a tiny, unreasonable dictator, that's pretty magical.
