• SAFEFEST - Be on the lookout for our team of friendly guides in bright yellow vests or large yellow pillars. Whether you have questions, need help finding a medical or security location, or directional help leaving the park, this team is here to help you!

• BOX OFFICE - Pick up your tickets starting Wednesday, 7/30 at the Lolla Box Office! Check out the Box Office Hours and be sure to have your ticket confirmation receipt (with barcode) ready to expedite your pick-up process.
• FOOD & BEVERAGE - Dig into this year's Food & Beverage Vendors and explore them by category as well as vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options.
• FEATURED FOOD & BEV - Don’t miss the exciting new lineup of Featured Food & Beverage options featuring Crew-Sized Bites, Commemorative Cups, Frozen Drinks and much more.
• SKUNK'S HONK TONK - Come on by the new Skunk's Honky Tonk featuring exciting drink options, hot dogs cold beer, cocktails and country-western vibes. Don't miss free line dancing lessons 4:30-5pm Thursday to Saturday!
• ACTIVATE YOUR WRISTBAND - Register for Cashless presented by Venmo. It’s the easy way to purchase festival food, merch, and more with a tap of a wrist!
• TIGHTEN YOUR WRISTBAND? - Bring your wristband, order confirmation, and government-issued ID to Wristband Assistance (located just north of the Lolla Box Office on the corner of Michigan Avenue and Ida B. Wells North) for a wristband replacement. Please refer to the Wristband Policy for more information.
• GETTING HERE - Lollapalooza takes place in Grant Park in the heart of downtown Chicago. Be sure to check out our Getting Here help pages to find your way to the festival grounds. Gates open at 11am each day and close at 10pm each night.
• ALLOWED & PROHIBITED ITEMS - Each person and their belongings are subject to search. Please review our Bag Policy and Allowed & Prohibited Items before heading to the festival.
• LOLLA MERCH POP-UP SHOP - Shop Lolla merch early at the merch pop-up located on the corner of Michigan Avenue and Ida B Wells North! Exclusive items will be available, including lineup t-shirts, posters, jerseys and more from Tuesday through Sunday.
• LOLLA MOBILE APP - Download the Official Lolla Mobile App presented by Bud Light on iOS or Android to favorite can’t-miss performances, get quick access to information and more.
• MAP YOUR JOURNEY - Before arriving at Grant Park, check out the 2025 Map to see the stages, find your favorite food & bev vendors, explore activities, plan entrance and exit routes and so much more.
• LOCKERS - Reserve a locker to keep your items safe and secure throughout the festival weekend (available on a first-come, first-served basis). You can come and go from your locker as you please during festival hours.
• LOST & FOUND - Be Proactive! Register your items to immediately receive a phone wallpaper image with your item's unique QR code. That way, we will be able to contact you if your item is turned into Lost & Found!
• TAG-YOUR-KID - Found at the main Guest Services Tent off Columbus and Ida B Wells, the Tag-Your-Kid Tent at Kidzapalooza and External Guest Services at Harrison and Michigan, outside the gates until 9pm each day of the festival. Guardians can register their children with the festival and receive a special Tag-Your-Kid wristband.
• GET INVOLVED - In its 5th year, environmental non-profit REVERB is leading both the Sustainability and Ambassador Volunteer Programs at Lolla. Volunteers play a huge role in keeping the festival running smoothly while helping reduce its environmental footprint.
• THIS MUST BE THE PLACE - We’re partnering with This Must Be The Place, an overdose prevention nonprofit, who will educate music fans about the dangers of Fentanyl and supply them with the life-saving opioid reversal medicine, Naloxone, commonly known as Narcan. Stop by their booth at the festival and learn more.
