Now that teams have received their compensatory selections and trades have been officially announced, the 2026 NFL Draft order has been updated by the league. Including the two normal compensatory picks received through that formula, the Rams currently have seven total picks to work with in this year's draft.
The Los Angeles Rams have signed inside linebacker Grant Stuard to a two-year deal. Stuard most recently played for the Lions, making 19 total tackles while playing in all 17 regular season games last season.
In 2022, the Chiefs drafted Trent McDuffie in the first round, then Jaylen Watson in the seventh round. Nearly four years later, the Chiefs traded McDuffie to the Rams and shortly after Los Angeles signed Watson to a three-year deal, reuniting him with his running mate from Kansas City.
