We Love LA: LACMA's David Geffen Galleries Open on April 19

David Geffen Galleries Opening - LACMA (April 19)
On Sunday, April 19, Los Angeles County Museum of Art will celebrate the opening of the David Geffen Galleries with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, as well as the first day of two weeks of priority access to the new additions for museum members.

Lykke Li - The Fonda (April 14)
Swedish pop singer Lykke Li heads to Hollywood on the Tuesday in between Coachella festivals for a headlining show at The Fonda.

Röyksopp DJ Set - Sound (April 14)
Seven Days of Framework continues at Sound on Tuesday, April 14, with a special appearance from Rôyksopp. Catch the Norwegian electronic music duo in the DJ booth, where they’ll be joined by Leyora and Made From Shadows. Seven Days of Framework continues through Saturday, April 18, and passes to attend all events in the series are available.

Dodgers vs. Mets - Dodger Stadium (April 13 - 15)
The Dodgers take on the Mets at home beginning April 13. Hello Kitty hoodies are the giveaway for the first 40,000 fans at Dodger Stadium on Monday night. The series concludes on Wednesday, April 15, which is also Jackie Robinson Day at Dodger Stadium. In honor of the trailblazing player, number 42 jerseys will be given away to the first 40,000 fans at the stadium.

Falstaff - Dorothy Chandler Pavilion (April 18 - May 10)
Craig Colclough stars and James Conlon conducts LA Opera’s production of Verdi’s comedy Falstaff. Opening night at Dorothy Chandler Pavilion is Saturday, April 18, where the beloved opera will run through May 10.
